This issue can sometimes be caused by using the Safari browser on a Mac — try switching to Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. If that doesn't resolve it, try logging in to Access Digital Tax on a Windows machine if one is available. Also check that the web page has not been zoomed in too much, as this can affect the placement of text and buttons. The issue can also occur when no Unfulfilled Obligation has been selected — select one before trying to refresh the data.
