Can't click Refresh Data

This issue can sometimes be caused when using the Safari browser on a Mac, in which case try using a different browser such as Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. If this does not resolve the issue then please try logging onto Access Digital Tax on a Windows machine if available. The Refresh Data button should be clickable.

Please ensure the web page hasn't been zoomed in too much as this can cause issues with the placement of text and buttons on Access Digital Tax.

This issue can also be caused by not having an Unfulfilled Obligation selected. Please ensure you have selected an Unfulfilled Obligation before trying to refresh the data.

If you can see the Refresh Data button but clicking it has no effect, then please see Clicking the Refresh Data button fails to show any VAT period data .
