This is an issue on HMRC's API and is not something that Access controls and we have raised the issue with HMRC.
Please ensure you have changed the dates on your 'Unfulfilled Obligations' to be a large range, to ensure you are not missing the dates you are meant to be submitting for.
Despite ensuring a good date range to bring up the expected outstanding obligation, the issue continues where nothing is presented. Further to this, the previous returns are also not pulling from HMRC.
We would advise trying to re-authorise ADT (appropriately) and trying again.
Further to that if you continue to experience an issue viewing the obligation then contact HMRC to either speak to someone and log a case so that they are aware that you have been trying to submit your VAT Return on time, or to see if they change the automated system message, as well as refer to their websites (noted below).
Note - you can correctly see everything in their direct gateway as this is an API issue.
HMRC's system is not generating an error for ADT to display from their system, however, we can confirm this is an issue on HMRC's side and not something within our control and they are currently not updating their website.
