If you are receiving the below message in Access Digital Tax, you will need to allow pop ups in the browser you are using to be able to enter your Government Gateway credentials to provide authorisation.
Please note you are currently blocking pop ups for our site, please allow popups so you can grant authority for Digital Tax to communicate with HMRC.
To allow pop-ups in Google Chrome (our recommended browser):
In the top right, click More.
Click Settings.
Click Privacy and security.
Click Site settings.
Click Pop-ups and redirects.
At the top, change the setting to Allowed.
For all other browsers, please use the browser Help files to find out how to allow popups.
