If you are using Chrome as your web browser:
Go to the Access Digital Tax website
In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked
Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from go.accessacloud.com
Click Done.
If you are on a Mac:
Go to the Access Digital Tax website
Click Safari in the top left
Click Preferences
Click Websites
Click Pop-up Windows
Change the settings for go.accessacloud.com to Allow
For all other browsers, you will need to refer to their knowledge guides or speak with your IT, as the steps may be different to the above.
Now when you refresh the page, the HMRC site will load up and allow you to continue with your submission.
