The first step is to enable who's submitting the VAT Return via Access Digital Tax to access the application through Access Evo.
To set up Access Digital Tax:
In Access Evo, click the nine dot menu.
Click Access Digital Tax then select the VAT registrations.
Click Next then enter the VAT registration number.
Note: This registration must start with GB.Enter a description then click Next.
Select the data source then click Next.
Check the information is correct then click Submit Access Request.
A new window appears for HMRC, here you can enter your business tax account credentials to log in and authorise with HMRC to use this product to enable making tax digital.
Once you've requested, HMRC can take up to 72 hours to grant the required authority and access for the application to be ready for use.
