Error: 'Unable to retrieve your Unfulfilled Obligations. The VRN is invalid'

This error is caused by an incorrect VAT number. Ensure this field contains only the numbers of your VAT Registration Number and does not include 'GB'. To edit the VAT number:

  1. Scroll down to the **Edit Account Details** tile.

  2. Click the pencil Edit icon for the VAT Number field.

  3. Amend the **VAT number**.

  4. Click Save.
