This issue is caused by having entered an incorrect VAT Number. Please ensure this field only contains the numbers of your VAT Registration Number and doesn't include 'GB'.
To edit the VAT Number:
Scroll down to the Edit Account Details tile
Click the pencil Edit icon for the VAT Number field.
Amend the VAT number
Click Save.
