There can be a number of reasons why this issue occurs. Please try the possible solutions below:
Close the Access Digital Tax tab and reopen it.
Close the Access Digital Tax tab, logout and login to Access Evo and reopen Access Digital Tax.
Log out of Access Evo and clear your cookies and cache .
