If you are using Chrome as your web browser:
Go to the **Access Digital Tax** website.
In the address bar, click **Pop-up blocked**.
Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
To always see pop-ups for the site, select **Always allow pop-ups and redirects from** go.accessacloud.com.
Click Done.
If you are on a Mac:
Go to the **Access Digital Tax** website.
Click **Safari** in the top left.
Click **Preferences**.
Click **Websites**.
Click **Pop-up Windows**.
Change the setting for go.accessacloud.com to **Allow**.
For all other browsers, refer to the browser help documentation or speak with your IT team, as the steps may differ. Once you have allowed pop-ups, refresh the page — the HMRC site will load and allow you to continue.
