If a subledger is not appearing in Access Digital Tax, open the Intercompany Options form in Access Financials. This can bring missing subledgers through to Access Digital Tax.
To do this:
In Access Financials, click System, then click Options.
Click Intercompany Options and open the form.
Close the form once it has loaded.
Check Access Digital Tax again. If the subledger is now visible, no further action is needed.
